Association of Edmonton - provides information on doulas,
which are experienced providers of labour support, available
in your area. Research on doulas has shown that their help
can reduce the chance of a Cesarean operation by fifty
percent.

- provides information on midwives available in your area.
Midwives attend homebirth, hospital and birth centre births.
Midwives are experts in natural birth, including VBAC, and
their transfer Cesarean rate is below ten percent.

Stony Plain Birth Centre -
Capital Health Authority has granted free midwife
